What are the steps to becoming a commercial pilot?

im a sophmore, in high school, and i want to become a commercial pilot like you know south west airlines,… or some other type of organization.
what degrees would i need? and from what schools, also if anybody is a commercial pilot here, how are the shifts like? how many hours and how much time you get to spend at home?

What’s the difference between pilot test report and field work report?

My project leader tells me to include a pilot test report and fieldwork report. But I cannot differentiate both. I tried looking for ‘definitions’ for them but failed miserably! Is there any difference?

What are the requirements to become a Commercial Airline Pilot?
