How do I light a no pilot gas fireplace?
Friday, December 25th, 2009skysurf6 asked:
Every gas fireplace I had in the northeast has a mechanism, and on-off valve, pilot switch and controls.
Now I am in Texas and have some kind of do-it-yourself box of flame that has a key outlet to the side and some logs. The lever to open and close the flu is missing and I can’t eve see where it should have been. I can’t budge that sucker. Can someone give me the short safe course in the correct procedure to light this fireplace?
