I’m interested in becoming a pilot, but not really for large commercial airliners – maybe something smaller like private jets or private charters. I was wondering whether its the same route to take as a commercial pilot (Doing a Commercial Pilots License) or if there was another way. Also, would I just contact a company which offers private jets and apply as a pilot, or what do I do?

I know that there is no such thing as a typical pilot but I couldn’t think of a better word. I want everything from crop duster up to passenger jet pilots. Also has anyone heard/gone to the Delta Connection academy. I was kicking around the idea of going there to get my pilots lisence. thanks

The hot water heater is new (10 months), but the shop is closed today. I turned the light off to paint an epoxy floor (those directions said – turn off pilot lights). Now the damn thing won’t spark, and the directions say ‘dont take off the panel and hand light’.

Any realistic suggestions will be appreciated, sarcastic answers will be snickered at. (and the laugh would probably do me some good)
