What occurs when a pilot does not reset the pressure altimeter when flying on a long cross country from an area of high pressure to low pressure?

a) When in the low pressure area, the indicated altitude will be higher than actual altitude.

b) When in the low pressure area, the indicated altitude will be lower than the actual altitude.

c) Nothing, the pressure altimeter is designed for such pressure changes, that is why it is called the pressure altimeter.
